Our swim team recently underwent a complete and challenging restructure following the early departure of our head coach and the subsequent removal of the previous board due to concerns raised by our parent community. In the midst of this transition, Sean Muncie of Enki's Advisor Service stepped in and became an absolutely integral part of our recovery and rebuilding process. Sean’s commitment to helping our team was evident from day one, he began working with us even before a formal contract was signed, a true testament to his character, passion for swimming, and genuine desire to support youth sports. Over the course of a month, Sean provided guidance that was both strategic and hands-on. He helped craft professional job postings for both head and assistant coach positions, which attracted nearly 20 qualified applicants, a remarkable outcome that set the tone for our team’s future. Beyond recruitment, Sean offered invaluable resources and examples for budgeting, revised bylaws, board structure, and parent committee organization. His expertise helped our newly elected board establish a solid foundation. What truly set Sean apart was his willingness to go above and beyond. He was present on deck with our swimmers, ensuring continuity in training and skill development. He attended board and parent meetings, fielded questions directly from the floor, and provided clarity and reassurance during a time of uncertainty. These contributions far exceeded his contractual obligations and demonstrated his deep investment in our team’s success. Thanks to Sean and Enki’s Advisor Service, our team is now on a stronger path forward. We are incredibly grateful for his leadership, dedication, and the positive impact he made during a pivotal moment in our organization’s history.
